Light & ventilation ingeniously combined

The NoLimit Plus lighting system elegantly combines two important components in ceiling design: Lighting and ventilation. The basis is a plasterboard panel into which an aluminium profile is already integrated. Its perfect edge guarantees easy installation and ensures a clean ceiling surface. The founders of this innovative product platform are InstaLighting as a luminaire manufacturer and developer of the NoLimit lighting system, Tobias Link GmbH as a lighting planning office and product designer, NEXFOUR as a specialist for installation rails in drywall panels and Kampmann as an expert in ventilation and air conditioning technology.

Flexible technology minimally installed

As a finished Module assembly Enables NoLimit Plus, intelligent technology such as lighting and ventilation within the profile rail flush with ceiling to a slim shape to reduce the number of components. At the same time, the system is characterised by different Light and ventilation inserts and the use of intelligent Lighting control extremely variable and extremely economical in consumption.

With its large number of modules, NoLimit Plus allows ventilation volumes and lighting to be individually planned and perfectly customised for each project.

The NoLimit lighting system

InstaLighting specialises in customised solutions and modular lighting systems such as NoLimit. The new NoLimit Plus platform technology is based on this development. The system track offers Three resting steps for the different light inserts: recessed, flush with the ceiling or protruding. This allows the lighting effect on the ceiling and in the room to be determined.

One profile for everything

NEXFOUR produces the Plasterboard with integrated aluminium profile. As an industrially prefabricated component, it shortens the installation time enormously. There is no need for masking, plastering or levelling, and all technical components such as lighting and ventilation disappear inside the ceiling.

Ventilation & air conditioning

Kampmann controls the SAL 35 ventilation component for NoLimit Plus with. The single-row slot diffuser for supply and exhaust air allows convenient air routing. The direction of the air jet can be continuously adjusted between 0 and 360 degrees using patented eccentric rollers and can also be changed at a later date. The plenum boxes of the SAL are optionally available with a front-operated throttle to adjust the degree of throttling via the front rail.

NoLimit Plus was developed as a multifunctional platform by leading industry experts for architects, lighting designers and specialist planners. The aim of the collaboration between InstaLighting, Tobias Link GmbH, Kampmann and NEXFOUR is to unite intelligent technology functionally and aesthetically - within a tidy ceiling surface and customised for each building project. NoLimit power supplies

There are different power supply variants for operating the NoLimit light inserts, which are ideally adapted to the respective application. This means that there are power supply units prepared for installation directly in the mounting profile or for external storage, e.g. in the suspended ceiling.

NoLimit Profiles

The NoLimit mounting profiles enable the use of the NoLimit light inserts in different mounting situations. The following mounting profiles are available: pendant, plaster, built-in, high mounting (105mm), flat mounting (70mm).
